of Safe Outsourcing is to provide our customers with
outsourcing experiences that have few risk-barriers
to engagement. We accomplish this through a combination
of activities to both minimize and share risk. We also
allow customers to pick engagement strategies tailored
to their organizational risk tolerance. Some of our

- pre-qualified firms w/ network ratings, and option
to have multiple firms bid on work; and
- pre-priced, bundled engagement packages.
Additionally, we firmly believe that there is no
substitute for good planning, and so we strive in
every engagement to develop plans and requirements
for the project that are of the highest caliber. Our
emphasis on delivering value early in an engagement
and setting a clear course through the project allows
us to further reduce risks introduce by vagaries in
the plan.
