This service can help you to estimate the costs of outsourcing a project, but it does not take into account the scope of a project. Therefore, the resources you specify with our online service may or may not match the scope of the project you wish to outsource. Said another way, the better you understand your project and the exact resources needed for it, the more accurate your online estimate will be. Our online quote service is based on the familiar commerce-site model, where you can add items to your online price quote, and thus describe your project by the aggregation of items in your quote. Using the Online Price Quote is as simple as 1, 2, 3…
Review the various categories of resources and solutions, and locate those most appropriate for your project. Once you have located a given resource, add it to your price quote and continue shopping until all resources are obtained. For each item selected, be sure to select the appropriate parameter values, such as average experience level, onshore or offshore, etc.
Every item in the price quote should indicate the number of units required for the project. For individual resources, the quantity represents the number of person-weeks required. For example, if you want two software engineers to each work 2 weeks on the project, you would indicate a quantity of 4, which would account for the 4 person-weeks across the two engineers.
